At the 2010 ARE conference in Long Beach, California, attendees worked with Dr. Shelley Tochluk to develop a list of ways in which accountability is put into action. 

These Accountability Guidelines were refined through small group processes, finalized by the ARE Steering Team, and subsequently reviewed and approved by DRUUMM leaders and members.
