MeasurING Our EffectivenessWe know our work is making a difference when People of Color are able to see themselves cherished in UU spaces, centered in UU communities, and able to access the leadership roles they so richly deserve. We know we are effective when confronting white supremacy is embraced in our UU communities. We know we are successful when UUs collectively deconstruct and release our narrative of cultural elitism and when dismantling white supremacy becomes foundational to what it means to be a Unitarian Universalist. |
