Go "over, under, around, and through" in this two-day, intensive, fast-paced Anti-Racism / Anti-Oppression program designed to equip people with frameworks, tools, and skills to more accurately assess their social locations, build shared analysis, and challenge white supremacy within themselves and in their communities.

Some of the most important changes we can make to create a more equitable faith tradition is to reconsider our decision-making processes, begin to ensure that those most affected are included in the conversation, and empower all voices within our community. How can we begin moving toward Consensus? ARE’s two-day comprehensive program can get you on your way. 

All workshops and in-person classes use a variety of resources, experiential exercises, caucusing, and group discussion for participants to explore aspects of identity, culture, bias, privilege, and systemic injustice to develop a deeper understanding of, and powerful strategies to dismantle oppression.
